I draw on all the techniques I've learned and intuitively use what is needed, including  Energetic work as Reiki, Healing through Geometric Universal Codes, Foot Reflexology, , Cupping, Fascia Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy and many others from ancient and modern traditions.

Trigger Release Therapy

Trigger Release Therapy is a holistic approach to release pain in troubled areas. It is customized based on your personal needs, so it can be intense including a sports massage or relaxing through gentle release of stuck fascia which is wrapped around and in the muscles and bones and so also influences the joints.

During this massage, you are guided through focus and breathe to create deep releases in your body while I massage and treat the affected areas. After the first treatment, you will experience deep releases in the muscles and fascia.

After 5 treatments, on average, many report being pain free. Please leave 5 days between each treatment to allow the body to adjust and adapt improving the condition in the muscles and fascia.

Foot Reflexology Massage

Foot Reflexology Massage uses a method to stimulate the reflexes in the feet to generate similar reactions in corresponding parts of the body. These reactions can best be described as relaxation or returning to a balanced state. The self-healing capacity of the body is stimulated.

Sport Massage

Sports Massage is a deep and intense massage treatment focusing on the body's soft tissues to effectively treat muscular damage, overuse injuries, muscle tension and reduce the risk of injury. Soft tissue techniques of a Sports Massage actively address both acute and chronic injuries. Sports Massage can accelerate the body's natural healing process and reduce injury-induced discomfort and pain.

Sports Massage can be used as routine maintenance, pre- and post- exercise events and for injury rehabilitation.

EmoDetox Fascial Release Therapy

In this session we work with the Fascia and Breathing Technics to release the stress from your body. Emotions can be released during this therapy.
